Nayland has great success at Shakespeare Festival
With five local schools involved, Nayland College students received nine of the sixteen awards available.
Nayland College confirmed enrolment zone
The Ministry of Education has confirmed and finalised the enrolment scheme for Nayland College which will take effect from 2 April 2021.
Nayland sailors win trophy at Top of the South Sailing Regatta
Sailing at Nayland College has grown in strength and numbers over the past few years and with Covid cancelling the regatta last year, students in the silver fleet were delighted to not only race but come home with a trophy!
Rehearsals ramping up for upcoming musical
Hot off a Broadway revival, the Rogers and Hammerstein classic ‘Carousel’ will be performed by a group of Nayland College and Broadgreen Intermediate students at the Theatre Royal from 19-22 May. You don’t want to miss it!

Bounce back to Level 2
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last night that there are further cases of community transmission in Auckland, Nayland College would like to assure our community that school will be open as per usual tomorrow.
Te Wero Wai kicks off house events for 2021
Year 9 students along with their House Leaders, House Captains and Year 13 Peer Mentors, were the first to kick off house events for 2021 with the inaugural ‘Te Wero Wai’ afternoon at Nayland Pool complex last Friday.
Timetable Changes
This year, a number of changes have been introduced. Lesson times have increased to 75 minutes and the Puna Ako programme has been introduced. How are these going so far?

Face coverings information
Under Level 2 face coverings are required on public transport (buses, trains and commuter ferries). However, school busses are exempt. Face coverings will be required for the NBus.
