Information for International Students
It is our philosophy that when a student is happy they will learn. We are a supportive school. Students are treated as individuals and excellent relationships develop with teachers. At our International Student Office, the Director constantly monitors and supports students and their academic progress. A student adviser assists with personal problems and our school counsellors provide ongoing care for students who require trained counsellors.
When students come to study in New Zealand, education providers have an important responsibility to ensure that those students are well informed, safe and properly cared for.
To support this, the New Zealand Government has developed the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016, which was amended in 2019. To get more in formation on The Code of Practice click here
