05 Aug Who will be NZ’s Next Top Engineering Scientist?
Last Saturday Nayland College had two teams compete in New Zealand’s Next Top Engineering Scientist, a national school challenge where teams of four students work to solve an engineering question. The question was released to the students at 9am and answers had to be submitted by 6pm. This year’s question:
If a New Zealand student uploads a video clip that goes viral, how long will it take before 1% of the world’s population has seen it?
We’re awaiting the results of the competition (and the answer) with interest. Go team!
