20 Sep Performance evening brings talented students out of the shadows
Last week’s dance and drama performance evening, held in the Nayland College PAC, showcased the creative efforts of over 50 students, from Year 9 to Year 13. The varied programme included jazz dance, physical theatre, shadow puppetry and standup comedy, and was a mix of assessment and extracurricular work.
Nayland College’s Head of Dance and Drama, Katie Thorp, was particularly pleased with the great audience turnout. “It was great to see such a mix of interesting and light-hearted items, to which the audience responded really positively.”
A junior performance evening is in the planning stages for Term 4. Don’t miss it!
