19 Oct Nayland College students clean up at the Regional Cawthron Scitec Expo 2017
Nayland College student Phoebe Fulton won the Supreme Awards for the overall best science project at last night’s Cawthron Scitec Expo 2017 Award.
Phoebe also won the Marine Conservation Award for the best marine conservation project.
Madison Surridge received a Gold Award for his research project on Farming of Transgenic Salmon. Madeleine Denton received a Silver Award for the research project called Dodgy DNA, as well as a highly commended Science Award for her project titled: How does temperature affect green lipped mussel spat feeding rate?
Jake McNaughton’s science investigation won the Port Nelson Ltd Award for the best marine related environmental project.
