You are warmly invited to the inaugural Nayland College Performing Arts Festival 2015 – Nau mai, Haere? mai ki Te Ahurei Toi o omaio – a celebration of people, place, culture and art. A time to come together as a? school to laugh, to cry, to be amazed, to contemplate and to imagine.
Artists create works that echo what is happening and has happened in our world. They challenge us to consider? what is important. Nayland College Performing Arts Festival 2015 will have moments of great beauty and of? dazzling skill; there will be times to have fun and quiet moments for us to contemplate . During the four-day? festival Nayland’s dance, drama, music, and media studies students will have the opportunity to show the? character of their school as a vibrant, creative, and energetic place.
Evening performances will be ticket entry, tickets $5.00 (under 5 years free) and can be purchased? by emailing Rose Shepard, Performance Art Co-ordinator at? firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting the? Performing Arts Department and purchasing tickets directly – there will be door sales for any? remaining tickets. Performances in the PAC (Performing Arts Centre) will be on tiered seating and? will be limited to 50 tickets per night – Hall performance on Thursday will be limited to 300 tickets.
Interval Film Show will be entry by gold coin.
