As the result of two years’ hard work and planning, the 2015 Nationals were a fantastic opportunity for Celtic. Band member Helen Gilchrist said it was “amazing to play, and to win, in front of a home crowd.” The band’s success represents? an opportunity for promotion to Grade 2.
Celtic Pipe Band of Stoke hosts events through the year, including a Ceilidh in June at Nayland College, and a performance in September at the Theatre Royal, enticingly titled “Under the Kilt”.
